Or, perhaps you have lots of things on your mind that you could use a sounding board for. Whatever it is, I’m here to listen and support you unconditionally, and confidentially to find your happy.

A little note re providing a contact number - I require this because often when I respond to email enquiries my response ends up in a junk folder. I will reply to all enquiries within 48hrs, so please keep an eye out on your folders for an email from findyourhappy@uok.support . I will never leave a voicemail, but I will drop you a basic text regarding a “recent enquiry” just to prompt you to check your emails, no other information will be given in the message.
