Relationship coaching is great for working on shared goals or navigating practical challenges, but therapy can support you when emotions feel raw, patterns repeat, or past pain affects the present. At UOK, emotionally focused therapy offers a confidential, non-judgemental, safe, structured space to explore deeper needs, heal emotional wounds, and rebuild trust in couples and multi-partnered relationships. If you’re feeling conflicted, distant, reactive, or stuck in cycles that you can’t seem to shift, therapy can help you feel closer, calmer, and more secure together. If this resonates, get in touch for your free 30 minute session and explore whether this is the right step for you and your relationship, together we can find your happy.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is all about helping couples and multi-partnered relationships feel closer, safer, and more understood. We often find ourselves stuck in the same patterns of arguments or disconnection, when really what we’re longing for is to feel loved, secure, and important to each other. EFT gently helps you uncover those deeper needs and emotions, so you can break free from old cycles, rebuild trust, and strengthen your bond. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and cared for.
